I'm currently deepening my training in equine-assisted psychotherapy, drawing on approaches that use the relationship between horse and human to support emotional awareness, nervous-system regulation, and trust-building in ways that talk therapy alone doesn't always reach.
Horses are remarkably attuned to nonverbal cues — they respond to what we're actually feeling, not just what we say — which can make this work especially powerful for processing trauma, anxiety, and relational patterns.
This offering isn't available yet, but if it's something you're curious about, feel free to reach out and I'll let you know when sessions become available.
